Meet Dimitrie B. Umbrarescu
Having attended the De Paul University College of Law, Dimitrie B. Umbrarescu was admitted as an Illinois attorney in 2002 and founded this law firm in 2003. The law firm has been serving the real estate community for more than 20 years protecting the rights of both homebuyers and investors in real estate properties. The law firm is committed to assisting the clients through all the stages of property ownership from the acquisition of the property, setting up a business entity to hold the investment property, defending the owner against mortgage foreclosures and liens, and drafting trusts for the benefit of the owner’s heirs and successors.
Dimitrie is also a certified mediator with significant experience in court and private mediation programs. Dimitrie has been applying his mediator’s skills in his real estate practice to address and overcome the challenges and conflicts that come up in the process.
